  13.     If you  received  this  version of PowerArchiver on a CD disk 
  14.     please follow  the instructions on the  disk label to install 
  15.     PowerArchiver.

  17.     If you received this version of PowerArchiver in  a EXE file
  18.     format (POWARC910.EXE), you can install it as follows:

  20.    1. Select "Run" from the Taskbar Start menu
  21.    2. Type the full name of the file (for example,C:\POWARC910.EXE)
  22.    3. Press the Enter key, and follow the prompts

  45.    you must have the "Microsoft HTML Help Update" installed
  46.  * also on some Windows 98 systems, PowerArchiver may  have some
  47.    problems if you have old RichEdit libraries. If so, you  need
  48.    to update them.
